OPEN-BOX CHECK Check whether all parts above are in the box. Check for (white) scratches on the product. Tighten the L-shaped connector with the leader hose. Insert this connector into the water inlet of the reel box, and press the latch down to fix. Tips: You can adjust the direction of the connector by lifting the latch, turning the connector to the desired orientation, and then pressing the latch down to secure. -

PROBLEM GUIDE The screw of the handle cannot be tightened Make sure the screw is long enough, otherwise take a picture of the screw and contact the customer service team. The nut of the handle cannot be fixed The nut of the handle has two sides, try another side. If that doesn’t fix the problem, contact the customer service team. -
