  • Page 4 It depends on the particular installation. You cannot control the volume from the iPod when it is placed in an iPort. However any system the iPort is connected to will have a volume control of some kind. The iPort FS-2 and higher, audio output is selectable as fixed or variable and volume control can be made from the front of the FS.
