Greenway Home Products is pleased to offer in-home warranty repairs.
DO NOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO THE STORE:
Limited Warranty Definitions:
Greenway Home Products: (Greenway)Manufacturer.
Wine Cooler and Cabinet: Wine Cooler and Cabinet manufactured by Greenway Home Products.
Purchaser: Purchaser of Wine Cooler and Cabinet
Distributor: Facility authorized to sell Greenway Home Products.
Warranty Card: Greenway Home Products Limited Warranty Registration Card identifying the Purchaser and product model.
Greenway Limited Warranty:
Greenway Home Products warrants your Wine Cooler & Cabinet to be free from manufacturer's defects in workmanship or material under
normal operating conditions for one (1) year (in-home service) from the original date of purchase. You must keep a copy of your proof of
purchase and present it upon request to validate warranty eligibility. This warranty applies only in the country in which it is sold, and is
available to the original purchaser only. This warranty is nontransferable.
This warranty and covering ETL Safety Certification Listing for this Wine Cooler are void if altered, modified, or combined with any other
machine or device. All warranty repairs must be preauthorized by Greenway Home Products. Greenway will, at its option, replace or repair
free of charge any defective part, which the Purchaser shall notify their Distributor or Greenway Home Products within the warranty period.
The obligation of Greenway Home Products under this warranty is expressly limited to such replacement or repairs.
The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to the following:
1. Service trips to your home to teach you how to use the product.
2. Improper installation, delivery, or maintenance (failure to maintain the product according to the instructions outlined in the product manual
will automatically void the warranty).
3. Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, altered, used commercially, or used for other than the intended purpose.
4. Product used outside a residential environment.
5. Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit breakers.
6. Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods, or acts of God.
7. Any service to the product by unauthorized personnel.
8. Installation of non OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) replacement parts
9. Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects with this appliance, its installation or repair.
10. The evaporator cooling coil has been punched/pierced resulting from incorrect defrosting procedures. (i.e. using any type of instrument to
scrape/remove ice/frost from evaporator coil)
This warranty shall be fulfilled by an authorized Greenway Repair Facility. Except as set forth herein or required by law, the Manufacturer
makes no other warranty, guarantee, or agreement, express, implied, or statutory including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. The manufacturer does not assume or authorize any person to assume any obligations of liability in connection with
this Wine Cooler. In no event will the manufacturer be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation,
economic loss) or for any delay in the performance of this agreement due to causes beyond its control.
The warranty is null and void if used in commercial or industrial applications.
