ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Bench Assembly
1) Place pre-assembled seat on a level surface. Align 3
pre-drilled holes on seat with the 3 pre-drilled holes on
pre-assembled back supports (see figure 1).
2) Secure ONLY center support with 2 ¼" bolt, washer
and nut. Hand tighten. Left and right supports will be
secured with the attachment of arm/leg assembly (see
figure 2).
3) Position arm/leg assembly to side of bench - curved
side in (see figure 3). Use 4" bolt, washer, and nut to
attach back of arm/leg assembly to back support
through pre-drilled hole. Use (2) 4" bolts, washers, and
nuts to attach arm/leg assembly to seat through
pre-drilled holes. Hand tighten.
4) Repeat to attach arm/leg assembly at opposite end
of bench.
Base Assembly
5) Stand pre-assembled footers on a level surface with
vertical supports on the inside (see figure 4).
6) Position 42" stringer boards between footers and
attach using the 2" screws in the three pre-drilled holes
in the stringer boards (see figure 4).
7) Insert 2 ½" bolt through pre-drilled hole in footer
(see figure 5), add washer and regular nut. Wrench
tighten. Place ball bearing strap on bolt (note curve in
figure 6), followed by nylonut. Wrench tighten.
Repeat on back of footer. Repeat to attach ball bearing
straps on other side of base.
Combining Bench and Base Assemblies
8) Place completed bench assembly over the
completed base assembly, taking note of f ront and
back of the base (see base orientation in figure 7).
9) Insert 2 ½" bolt through pre-drilled hole in bottom of
