Troubleshooting
What to do if paper is not getting cut properly?
The most common reason for uneven cuts is the blade not being installed correctly.
Make sure the blade tabs are inserted inside the arm's slots. This will ensure the blade
stays in the right position and prevents bending.
Where should the blade face?
The blade's cutting edge should be facing down looknig at the table (or the wall for
wall-mounted units)
Is the blade bending?
This means the blade is not properly installed. Please check the 2 previous questions
to get more information about this issue.
How to install the paper?
The paper should be installed the correct way for the product to function ( with the
loose end wraped around the top)
How to cut the paper?
Feed the paper under the blade. When you are ready to make the cut, pull the paper
in an upward and energic movement
