- Do not touch the electronic board. Make sure to touch an earthed metal prior to having contact with the module. - Secure the cables inside the drive by the cable ties. - Before activating the mechanical part, make sure that the surrounding is clear of any object. Moving parts can draw loose cables, hair or clothing into the system.
3.3.2 One-leaf door version (TBS Frame) This manual focuses on two leaves version of the door. However, it is roughly analogous with one leaf version regardless of positional differences on the rail. 3.4 Installation Steps The installation steps of Airdrive68NG/FR & NG/H operators are as follow. 3.4.1 On-Site Preparation Before starting the installation process, carefully check the condition of the installation site and the strength of the materials.

Adjust the installation height when using an in-house prole system. When implementing the base profile, you must use T-wall brackets for a base profile with a thermal separation and a self-supporting mounting position that is between two walls without a ledge. The drive will be hooked in the rail.
3.4.3 Stainless Steel Profile & Rubber Profile Then insert the rubber track profile and the stainless steel track profile. Tighten the stopper elements and fix it with the supplied M6x10 socked screw and special nuts. Stainless steel profile Rubber profile While inserting the rubber track profile, pull it slightly along the length.
While inserting the rubber track profile, pull it slightly along the length. This makes it easier to install the rubber track profile into the stainless steel track profile. After installing the aluminum base profile, you can install the other components one by one. The following figure and the table can help you plan the internal components.
3.4.7 Installing the Stopper When the doors are open, the frames of the opening leaves and those of the fixed leaves must align. You can then fasten the stopper at the base profile based on this distance. Stopper Assembly of the stopper using M6 hexagon socket screws and special nuts. In order to simplify the assembly process, install the lock after the door leaves have been mounted.
3.4.9 Power Supply Assembly of the power supply using M6 x 10 hexagon socket screws and special nuts. 3.4.10 Gear Motor Fasten the motor and secure it using M6 x 18 hexagon socket screws and special nuts. The motor’s position is situated on the left, based on the positions of the door elements’...
3.4.12 Backup Gear Motor Installation of the backup motor with M6 x 10 hexagon socket screws and special nuts. 3.4.13 Battery Assembly of the battery module using M6 x 10 hexagon socket screws and special nuts. Tip: The battery should never be connected to the control device before the final start-up. 3.4.14 Hanger, Roller and Belt Holder The hanger and roller and the belt holders are positioned according to the dimensions of the door’s leaves.
Page 25
The clamping plate is used to fasten the belt in a manner that corresponds to the door movements associated with door leaves that are closed in a synchronized manner. The belt is shortened accordingly. The motor position is not important. A tensioning of the belt must be made through the deflection. EN.09.09052022...
3.4.15 Inspecting the Mechanical System After the assembly process has been completed, check the free movement of the mechanism. No noticeable noises should be heard when the respective item is being moved out of and back into the final position. Check whether all modules have been securely assembled.
3.4.17 Mounting the Frame Fixed Leaves The profile of the connection walls must be flush mounted to the base profile. Mount the slide blocks onto the floor surface. The location of this type of floor guide along door width is at the overlap of fixed and movable leaves.
For the movable leaves, the side blocks must be bolted into the floor. You will need one for each leaf. Mount it onto the floor so that it corresponds to the height of the fixed leaf . To mount the leaves, slant them at the angle of approximately 30°. After that, place the door leaves on the track profile .
3.4.20 Timing Belt Pull the belt onto the motor and the idler pulley. The belt will be tightened by the idler pulley. In ES versions, the backup motor needs to tighten the belt. Therefore, you need to position the tensioning screw in front of the motor base and fix the screw.

4.3 Maintenance Check Note: The mandatory maintenance work on the SLH series doors shall be carried out by properly trained personnel at least once a year. For doors installed at the escape roots, fire-approved doors or doors with an emergency function, WARNING frequency of maintenance to be carried out is at least twice a year.
4.4 Timing Belt Tension In order to evaluate whether the belt tension is off, the system has to be put in operation. Observe the timing belt: - The belt might not lift up from the motor gear or skip when breaking and accelerating - If the belt lifts up increase the belt tension, and vice versa In order to determine the correct belt tension, follow the steps depicted below: 4.5 Mechanical Faults...
Check the door leaf - Separate moving leaf from the belt clamps. - Move door leaves and check for a smooth movement through the entire trajectory path of the leaf. - If door leafs move smooth Check the drive motor and replace it if necessary. Replacing the hanger - Loosen the timing belt.
