Sound Attenuation and Silencing:
For most off-highway vehicles, the sound attenuation properties of DCL DPFs are the same or in many cases
better than the original muffler. In general, the installation of a DPF on an off-highway vehicle allows the
original muffler to be removed without a negative impact on exhaust noise.
