1. Installation 1.1 Package After unpacking the shipping carton, see that you have received the following items: (1) C170 monitor; (2) Pedestal base; (3) Power cord; (4) User's manual (5) Warranty card. 1.2 Precautions when using this monitor 1. To avoid eye fatigue, do not use the color monitor with a bright background, in direct sunlight or where other light sources shine directly on the screen. -

OSD menu. The time settings are from 8 to 60 seconds. RESET: Resets all settings back to the factory defaults. If the monitor is operating in the Color Select user mode (see above), this control has no effect. LANGUAGE: Activates the LANGUAGE submenu and allows you to choose the language for the menu screens. -

The test pattern will disappear when the monitor is receiving the video signal. However, if the test pattern does not display all three colors (blue, green and red), the monitor may not be functioning properly.
