25. This outdoor fire pit should be thoroughly inspected on a regular basis.
26. DO NOT use this appliance if any part of it has been under water. Immediately call a
qualified service technician to inspect the appliance.

3.2 Operation Instructions
PLEASE READ ALL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO LIGHT OR OPERATE
THE FIRE PIT
3.2.1 Lighting Instructions
1. Visually inspect the fire pit to ensure it is free on any obstruction or materials (combustible
or non combustible) that would impede proper operations of the fire pit.
2. Insert key into gas value
3. Light a long butane lighter and hold it over the wire mesh close to the burner ring. Take
care to keep your face, hand and any part of your body as far away as possible.
4. Rotate the gas valve key slowly counter-clockwise to the "ON" position to allow gas to flow
and apply the burning lighter as close to burner as possible to light the fire pit.
5. The gas should light within 5 seconds. If fire pit does not light within 5 seconds turn the gas
valve key clockwise to the "OFF" position to turn off the gas supply, wait 20 seconds for gas
to dissipate and try lighting instructions again.
6. Once burner lights remover lighter
7. Adjust flame to desired height using gas valve key. When desired height is achieved,
remove key from valve and set in an accessible location.
CAUTION: If fire pit does not light after a few tries completely turn off gas by turning the key
clockwise to the "OFF" position and call a qualified service technician to inspect the
appliance.
3.2.2 Operating Instructions
1. As fire pit burns over time the metal of the base and logs will increase in temperature, it
maybe desired to adjust the flame and heat output. This can be done by using the gas valve
key turning it to desired flame height and heat output. Remember to remove key and leave
in a accessible location
2. Do not put flammable materials on or near fire pit.
CAUTION: Do NOT leave a lit outdoor fire pit unattended, especially around children and
pets.
