Operating Principles

• Heating and cooking in the multifunction self
cleaning oven takes place as follows:
Normal Convection
• The heat is produced by the upper and lower
heating elements.
Semi-Forced Convection
• The heat produced by the upper and lower
heating elements is distributed throughout the
oven by the fan.
Forced Convection
• The heat produced by the circular element is
distributed throughout the oven by the fan.
Radiation
• The heat is radiated by the infra red broil
element.
Radiation and Fan
• The radiated heat from the infra red broil
element is distributed throughout the oven by the
fan.
Ventilation (this is NOT a cooking function)
• The food is defrosted by using the fan only
function without heat.
Self cleaning (this is NOT a cooking
function)
• The heat produced by the heating elements
cleans the internal oven cavity re- moving all
residue of grease.
