To Replace PC Sensor

Unplug the product from the power source.
Remove PC duct cover.
Remove fan cover.
Remove the affect sensor from its holder.
Cut the sensor from the loom and replace it by soldering and heat shrinking the new sensor.
Replace sensor into its holder.
Replace fan cover.
4.3.3

To Replace Defrost Sensor

Unplug the product from the power source.
Remove duct cover.
Remove fan cover.
Disconnect fan terminals off fan and remove sensor from housing.
Remove two screws holding fan housing and unclip fan housing from evaporator cover duct.
Tilt the evaporator towards front of product to expose defrost sensor located on the left hand
under side of evaporator. (Note:- If the sensor is difficult to remove, the evaporator duct will
need to be removed.)
Remove the affect sensor from its holder.
Cut the sensor from the loom and replace it by soldering and heat shrinking the new sensor.
Replace sensor into its holder.
Reassemble components in reverse. Ensure the foam pads are placed back into position.
The cover will bend slightly and come away
from the cabinet liner.
Location of PC Sensor.
