If the sensor on the Sunless Mystic Tan KYSS is flashing but not responding to hand movements, it means one or more required conditions have not been met. These conditions include: the booth must be started, the solution reservoir must have solution, the cartridge must be placed in the receptacle, and the receptacle must be closed. If any of these are missing, the sensor will not activate even if it is flashing.
