This stairway is for residential use only. Maximum capacity is 350 lbs. Two helpers may be needed to lift the stair in order to anchor it in place. Improper installation can result in stair collapse and bodily injury. WARNING Parts Included (4) 1 1/2”... - Page 4 Step 1 - Installing the stair Place stair on floor where it will be installed within the wall opening and pull down on (pivot) the stair while holding the base so it is in a full horizontal position as shown below. Base Lag Screw Points (2 each side)
- Page 5 Step 2 - Adjusting the stair From the floor below, use the pole provided and pull down on stair down into the position shown below, then fully extend it to the floor by hooking into the underside of the bottom tread. With stair extended to floor, adjust set screw under stabilizer arm so it touches bottom of arm.
