MOBI 3000
The Imation Solid State Drive MOBI 3000 powered by Mtron uses industry-leading
solid state storage and controller technology to provide demanding users with
accelerated system performance to power even the most extreme applications.
An Imation Solid State Drive (SSD) emulates a hard disk drive (HDD), but has
no motors or moving parts, providing faster and more reliable data storage than
traditional HDDs with reduced heat and noise generation.
Featuring Mtron's ultra high speed internal data bus, the MOBI 3000 delivers
extremely high sustained read and write speeds, impressive input and output
operations per second (IOPS) performance and virtually no seek time. Backed by
Imation's more than 50 years of data storage experience, the MOBI 3000 is ideal
custom or embedded systems and for drive-intensive applications such as CAD,
graphics or video processing.
The MOBI 3000 leverages Mtron's controller technology leadership to deliver
improved efficiency by accelerating drive-intensive applications, reducing overall
