4.6 Checking the dosing

To ensure that the meter works correctly, we can perform
manual dosings and take a sample. The amount obtained
must be the same as the estimated amount that appears
on the screen.
The manual dosings have to be done without the flush,
which involves doing a channel cleaning.

4.7 Adjusting flush to each washer extractor

The user has to execute manual dosings to each washer
extractor. It is advisable to choose a product with a visible
color. Looking at the entrance of the washer extractor, we
can know if the configured flush is enough to send the
product inside.
If we want to modify the water flush, we can go to the

configuration screen of the washer extractor to do so.
4.8 Setting up each extractor and checking signals
To check if the signals of the washer extractors are
connected correctly, we will activate them one by one to
verify the signal reception.
The formula number and the corresponding phases must
be seen on the 'View washing machines' screen.

Para estar seguros que el contador trabaja correctamente,
podemos realizar dosificaciones manuales y tomar una muestra.
La cantidad obtenida debe ser la misma que la estimada que
aparece en la pantalla. Las dosificaciones manuales tienen que
ser hechas sin el arrastre, que implica hacer una limpieza de
canal.

4.7 Ajustar arrastre de cada lavadora

El usuario tiene que ejecutar dosificaciones manuales a cada
lavadora. Es aconsejable escoger un producto con un color
visible.
Mirando en la entrada de la lavadora, podemos saber si el
arrastre configurado es suficiente para enviar el producto dentro.
Si queremos modificar el arrastre de agua, podemos ir a la
pantalla de configuración de lavadoras para hacerlo.
4.8 Puesta en marcha lavadora y comprobar señales
Si las señales de las lavadoras están conectadas correctamente,
las activaremos una por una para verificar la recepción de señal.
El número de fórmula y las fases correspondientes deben ser
vistas en la pantalla de 'Ver lavadoras'.
