REASSEMBLY OF THE VALVE

Clean the body of the valve

- To clean the interior of the body with solpar, gasoline or gas oil.

Assembly the piston ( Fig.1 )

- Assembly the gasket (1) with piston (2).
- Assembly the packing (3) on the piston (2) by fixing the nose of the piston (4) by 3
screws.

Prepare the sleeve (Fig.2)

- Installation of the axle (5) in the sleeve (6).
- Installation of the spring (7) and the washer (8).
- Installation of the pilot (9) and put on the pin (10).

Assembly the group sleeve / piston in the body (Fig.3 - 4)

- Installation of the washer (11) and the spring (12) in the sleeve (6).
- Installation of the piston (13).
- Installation of the group sleeve / piston (14) in the body (15) and fix by 3 Gasket BS and
3 screws.
- Control operation of the piston.

Assembly with the system of adjustment (Fig.5)

- Installation of the system of adjustment (16) with a ring BS (17).
