Generator Automatic Voltage Regulator
1. INTRODUCTION
The EVC600i Voltage Regulator is thyristor base to control the DC exciter field power of conventional
50 or 60 Hz brushless generators. The AVR circuitry includes under speed and over load protection
features. Excitation power is derived directly from the generator terminals.

Questions and answers
как отрегулировать регуятор напряжения EVC600I
To adjust the voltage regulator on the ENGGA EVC600i:
1. Connect the voltage regulator as shown in Figure 5 and apply 230 Vac, 50 Hz.
2. Turn the rear panel VOLT trimmer fully clockwise (CW) — the lamp should light up fully.
3. Turn the VOLT trimmer fully counter-clockwise (CCW) — the lamp should turn off.
For external voltage adjustment, you can adjust the voltage by ±10% using a 100k ohm, 1-watt trimmer.
To adjust the under frequency roll-off (UFRO):
1. Adjust the prime mover RPM to the desired frequency.
2. If the UFRO LED is ON, turn the UFRO trimmer on the back panel anticlockwise until the LED turns OFF.
3. If the UFRO LED is OFF, turn the trimmer clockwise to turn it ON, then anticlockwise to turn it just OFF.
