OCEANSOUTH under this warranty shall not be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to the boat during installation, or in the use of the T-Top thereafter. If there is found to be a defect within the warranty period, OCEANSOUTH will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the unit free of charge provided the purchaser supplies proof of defect and receipt of purchase.
