Garantie gemäß nachstehenden Bedingungen.
Garantieleistung
Die Garantieleistung wird in erster Instanz von dem
Installateur / Lieferanten, bei dem das Gerät gekauft
wurde, erbracht.
Garantiefrist ab dem Kaufdatum

5 Jahre auf den Innenkessel aus Kupfer
-
2 Jahre auf alle übrigen Komponenten
Garantiebedingungen

Der Kaufbeleg mit Kaufdatum ist vorzulegen.

Das
Gerät
muß
mit
Seriennummer versehen sein.
-
Die Garantie erstreckt sich lediglich auf Mängel,
die auf einem Werksfehler beruhen (den
Nachweis erbringt ausschließlich der Fabrikant).

Das Gerät ist ausschließlich gemäß der
Installations-
und
Bedienungsanleitung
installieren, nutzen und warten.
-
Das Gerät darf nur gemäß den Vorschriften und
Nutzungsbedingungen der Installations- und
Bedienungsanleitung in Gebrauch genommen
werden.
-
Es dürfen keine konstruktiven Eingriffe am Gerät
vorgenommen werden.

Für Schäden durch Trockenkochen leisten wir
keine Garantie.
-
Für Schäden durch Anschluß an falsche
Netzspannung leisten wir keine Garantie (siehe
'Technische Daten').
-
Für Schäden durch zu hartes und / oder zu
aggressives Wasser leisten wir keine Garantie
(siehe 'Technische Daten').

Vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Beschädigung fällt
nicht unter unsere Verpflichtung.
Die Garantie deckt keinen der folgenden Punkte:

Arbeitslohn
-
Anfahrtskosten
-
Frachtkosten
-
Verwaltungskosten
-
Transportschaden
-
sekundäre Schäden (wie z.B. Betriebs-, Wasser-
und Brandschaden)
Our guarantee for this appliance covers all material

and/or constructional defects. This guarantee is
valid under the conditions stated below.
Guarantor
The guarantor in the first instance is the fitter/sup-
plier from whom the appliance was purchased.
Guarantee period from date of purchase

5 years on the copper internal water heater.

2 years on all other components.
Guarantee conditions

the receipt showing the date of purchase must
be submitted.

the guarantee exclusively covers material and
constructional defects (to be determined by the
manufacturer).

the appliance must be installed, used and main-

stances and operating conditions as described
in the installation and operating manual.

the appliance must not have undergone any
constructional alterations.

the defect must not be a consequence of boiling
dry.

the defect must not be a consequence of exces-
sively high voltage (see 'Technical Details').

the defect must not be a consequence of exces-
sively hard or aggressive water.

the defect must not be a consequence of impu-
table act or negligence.
Guarantee exclusions

labour costs

call-out charges
-
consignment costs

administration costs
-
damage caused in transit

secondary losses (such as loss of profits, water
damage and fire damage).
