Currently, the NE5000E supports three types of OC-192c/STM-64c POS optical interface boards.
Among them, one uses pluggable XFP optical modules (2-port), and the other two use fixed optical
modules (1-port). The specifications are listed below:

2-port 10G POS optical interface board:
Different XFP optical modules can be chosen
for different transmission distances.
1-port 10G POS optical interface board: The
center wavelength is 1310 nm, and the
maximum transmission distance is 2 km.
1-port 10G POS optical interface board: The
center wavelength is 1550 nm, and the
maximum transmission distance is 40 km.
