Dropping the weight plates from a height of more than 12 inches will void the warranty. Dropping an un-nested weight plate from any height could result in permanent deflection of the unit and will void the warranty. - Page 7 The PowerBlock Elite dumbbell consists of three major components; the weight stack, handle and selector pin. The PowerBlock Elite selector pin is tethered to the first weight plate (rail). This is one of many safety features built into the design of the product and must not be compromised.

- Page 9 WORLD’S BEST DUMBBELL Using The Expansion Kits The Elite 50 Stage 1 Set, 5-50 lb can be expanded from 50 to 70 lbs with the Stage 2 Kit. Simply set the Stage 2 kit on stand or floor, yellow rail up as shown on right, put the Elite 50 Stage 1 set inside of Stage 2 Kit.
