    2. DESCRIPTION 2.1. MACHINE DESCRIPTION The RR 14 EVO 2-400 Hybrid is a machine used to lift operators according to the limits described in this publication. Developed to be used on rails (railways), the machine has railway wheels that lower when necessary and rubber tyres for travelling on unsurfaced land.

It is therefore necessary to read this manual so as to be able to operate in the greatest possible safety and always maintain the machine in a state of efficiency: ‒...

    RR 14 EVO 2-400 HYBRID 6. DEVICES 6.1. SAFETY DEVICES A number of safety devices are installed on the machine for the safety of the operator and the protection of the machine. Caution Do not tamper with, disconnect, bypass or remove any of the machine's safety devices or guards.

    RR 14 EVO 2-400 HYBRID Horn (Vehicle horn): The machine has a buzzer that activate a HORN (one for Rail mode, one for Tires mode), which can be activated by the operator in the basket.     RR 14 EVO 2-400 HYBRID 6.1.12. HYDRAULIC PARKING BRAKES The machine’s brake system is made with negative brakes integrated in the gear-motors. When the operator activates the shifting, the brakes will be unlocked and when the operator disengages shifting the electro-hydraulic system automatically activates the braking of the machine without locking the wheels.

Never direct the jet of extinguishing material at people or animals (the extinguishing agent could cause injuries and burns caused by the cold material).

Hooking the device prevents the operator from being thrown out of the basket due to unforeseeable conditions.
