The Bio Flame recommends using the Burner in a Firebox manufactured by The Bio Flame only. The Bio Flame is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained through the use of custom made or privately commissioned Fireboxes.

Do not overfill or spill. CAUTION: Please ensure your pebbles or logs (not supplied) are not covering the opening in case of accidental spillage.

User’s Manual & Safety Instructions Fuel will burn low at first. Please allow 10-15 minutes to reach the optimum temperature and flame height. Avoid drafts for long burning time. Always maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter (40in) from the fireplace when the flame is lit.
