Smoke oven

Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a quali-
fied person.
 Only use the smoke oven outdoors and not in closed rooms or covered areas.
 Place the smoke oven on a firm, heat-resistant and level surface only. Keep it
away from wooden objects, overhanging trees or other flammable objects.
 Do not use a smoker in high winds.
 Proceed to using the smoker only if it is completely assembled and all parts
are firmly in place.
 Never use alcohol or petrol to light or stir up the fire.
 Protect yourselves against the fire and steam when opening lid or access
doors when the smoker is in use.
 Never leave the smoke oven unsupervised and keep children and persons in
need of supervision away from the unit. Keep animals away from the smoke
oven.
 Attention: Hot Surface! The smoke oven radiates heat in all direc-
tions. Avoid body contact with all surfaces of the smoke oven. Use
oven mitts or grill utensils. Do not move the smoke oven during oper-
ation as the unit will become very hot. There is risk of burns!
 Always be heedful and use common sense when using the smoke oven. Do
not drink alcohol while using the smoke oven.
 Do not cover the smoke oven and do not place any objects on the top of the
oven.
 Make sure the distance between the smoke oven and other objects is at least
1 m.
 Keep inflammable objects and materials, such as newspaper, PVC, alcohol
etc. far away from the smoke oven.
 Please keep all parts of the unit clean at all times as they come into direct
contact with food.
 The unit is not intended for continuous professional use.
