PAK TECH 1 INTRODUCTION • Thank you for purchasing a microcanner PAK TECH system. This manual is written for your benefit to help you fully understand how to operate and service your machine. With proper operation and service your machine will offer you years of service.

4 START UP PROCEDURE/SWITCHING FROM 8OZ TO 12OZ TO 16OZ 1. Line up the Pak Tech to the end of the canning line (See pictures). The drop from the canning conveyor/chute to the Pak Tech deck should be level or slightly below.

4.1 ADJUSTING THE PRESS ZONE 1. Use 2 seamed cans and place them under the Pak Tech drop chute. 2. Place a Pak Tech on the drop chute let it slide down until it hits the stopper hook. 3. Manually push the cans toward the angled Pak Tech. It should catch the edge of the can and bend under the press bar.

You want the roller to be just above the cans. Make sure to tighten down the hex head screws so they are touching the roller and properly locked down. If a Pak Tech is not fully locking onto the can this bar might need further adjustment once running.
