E – CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance after every use;
✓ Make sure that the plug is not plugged in or the switch is turned off while cleaning the
device.
✓ Wipe the ceramic glass with a damp cloth or use a mild, non-abrasive cleaning solution.
✓ Wipe the control panel with a soft cloth or use a mild cleaner.
✓ Do not use abrasive cleaning chemicals as these can leave harmful residues.
✓ Do not use pressurized water and steam while cleaning the device.
✓ Do not clean the outer stainless surface of the device with cleaner that can scratch the
material such as wire wool.
Periodic cleaning and maintenance;
✓ Maintenance should be done by qualified person.
✓ Get the periodic maintenance of the appliance once in every 15 days.
✓ According to the frequency of use, the electrical maintenance of the device should be done
by spraying dry air after the electrical connection is cut.
DEVICE ERROR CODES
−− Communication Error: Check the communication cables of the device.
−− Pan Error: Make sure there is a pan on the Cooker.
−− Low Voltage Error: Check your line voltage.
−− High Voltage Error: Check your line voltage.
−− Ntc Short Circuit Error: Energy should be turned off and on. Make sure the fan is
running and the air ducts are open. If not, call our service center to check.
−− Ntc Open Circuit Error: Energy should be turned off and on. Make sure the fan is
running and the air ducts are open. If not, call our service center to check.
−− IGBT Error: Energy should be turned off and on. Make sure the fan is running and the
air ducts are open. If not, call our service center to check.
−− Dry Burn Error: Make sure there is a full pan on the cooker. Make sure the fan is
running and the air ducts are open.
−− IGBT over Temperature Error: Energy should be turned off and on. . If it does not, the
control unit must be replaced. If not, call our service center to check.
−− Wire over Temperature Error: The device should be turned on again after 10
minutes by turning off the energy and changing the pot. Make sure the fan is running and
the air ducts are open. If not, call our service center to check.
