Questions and answers
MY HEAT PUMP WONT TURN ON UNTIL TEMPERATURE GETS DOWN TO 26 DEG
The Emerald EE-HWS-SSHP-200 heat pump may only turn on when the temperature drops to 26 degrees because it operates in "AUTO" mode, where the water temperature is automatically determined based on the ambient temperature. In this mode, the system activates heating or cooling depending on preset logic tied to ambient temperature levels. Therefore, turning on at 26°C suggests that the system's automatic control logic considers this temperature as the threshold for initiating operation.
