Children have died or been seriously injured when enclosures are not securely installed. ALWAYS install and
• NEVER use with a child or pet able to climb over, dislodge, or open the enclosure.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• NEVER use to keep child away from pool.
• To prevent falls, NEVER use at the top of stairs.
• Intended for use ONLY with children 6 months up to 24 months of age.
• Enclosure MUST be used on level, solid floor, ground or similar surface.
• ALWAYS keep enclosure securely locked in a closed position.
• Use ONLY with locking mechanism securely engaged.
• To prevent falls, DO NOT step over enclosure.
• STOP using enclosure if any parts are missing or become damaged.
• This enclosure will NOT necessarily prevent all accidents.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD:
- DO NOT place in any location where there are cords such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, or other possible strangulation hazards.
- Pets can force themselves into very small openings. Use this enclosure only with pets whose head or body WILL NOT fit into openings in the
enclosure.
• Ensure child is kept away from the enclosure when closing or opening it to prevent injury to the child, such as from pinching.
• ONLY use the enclosure in configurations consisting of 5 to 8 panels. DO NOT add the two panel extension to the 8 Panel enclosure.
