Before you report the problem of the product, please check the table below.
Problem
The air purifier is
not working
Filter reset indicator

Check
• Check whether the power
is supplied.
• Check whether the
product is plugged in.
• Check whether the wall
socket has a problem.
• Check whether you
cleared the filter
reset alarm after filter
replacement.
• Check whether the
message such as
E154,155,176,162,163,103
is displayed.
• Check whether the dust
filter is dirty
• Check whether the
deodorization/HEPA filter
(integrated type) smells
bad.
Solution
• After checking the
power supply status,
operate the product
again.
• Plug in the product and
operate the product
again.
• Use another wall socket.
• Clear the filter reset
alarm with the
Options button after
filter cleaning or
replacement.
• Contact a service center.
• Clean the dust filter.
• Replace the
deodorization/HEPA
filter (integrated type)
with a new one.
