TB 01 / Note for the toner installation error

OPIC

Following error message may appear when installing the new toner container. This may be corrected as below.

ESSAGE DISPLAYED

MFP :

"The toner container is improperly installed"

ORRECTIVE ACTION

Once take out the toner container from the machine. Rotate

the coupling at the right side of the toner container clockwise

to eliminate the gap between the hook of the coupling and the

latch. Then, reinstall it in the machine.
