•
Use the dryer only for its intended use as
described in this manual. Do not use attachments
not recommended by Etekcity.
•
Never use this dryer if it has a damaged cord or
plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been
damaged or partly/fully immersed in water.
•
Keep the dryer and its cord away from heated
surfaces, including hot parts of the dryer. Do not
wrap the cord around the dryer.
•
Do not use the dryer with a twisted, bent or
otherwise damaged cord.
•
Never block the openings of the dryer or place it
on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where
the openings may be blocked. Keep the openings
free of lint, hair, etc.
•
Never use while sleeping.
•
Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
•
Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol
(spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.
•
Do not use the dryer if there is visible damage, if it
is not working properly, or if it has been dropped.
•
Regularly check the dryer and its cord for damage.
If the power supply is abnormal or if the dryer
or its cord needs examination or repair, contact
Customer Service
on your own. Repairs that are not performed by
experts can be extremely dangerous.
•
The cord cannot be repaired. The dryer must be
discarded if the cord is damaged.
•
Grab the cord by the plug when unplugging. Never
pull on the cord itself.
•
Do not use an extension cord with the dryer.
•
Do not direct hot air toward eyes or other heat-
sensitive areas.
•
Attachments may be hot during use. Allow them
to cool before handling.
•
Allow the dryer to cool before storing or cleaning.
•
Do not place dryer on any surface while it is
operating.
•
While using the dryer, keep your hair away from
the air inlets.
