Problem
The lid is difficult to
open.
The compressor

or sticky.

frozen, were put in at the
same time.
The room temperature is

The lid has been opened
too frequently.
The lid is not closed
correctly.

deformed/dirty.
The water drainage plug
is not correctly positioned.
Food products are not
wrapped properly.
Temperature is set

properly or do not close

The temperature regulator

Solution

longer than necessary.
Check if the lid closes well and
the gaskets are undamaged
and clean.

Position the water drainage
plug in the correct way.
Wrap the food products better.
Refer to "Operation" chapter.
Check if the lid closes well and
