T-CON Operation and Testing
1.
Check voltage of SMPS connectors to TV Board/Hawk UFP(CNM803) and TCON(CNT803)
2.
Test for 13VDC at both sides of both fuses on the TCON Board.
3.
If either one of the fuses is open, replace the T-CON Board.
4.
If 13VDC are missing on fuses, check power feed from SMPS (CON_12V, pins 1-7).
5.
If 13VDC feed is present at the output of the SMPS, suspect a defective LVDS cable.
6.
If the 13VDC feed is not present, suspect a defective SMPS.
