Removal
Perform steps 4 through 9 of the
assembly procedure in reverse
order and pull the camera away
from the lens. After moving the
camera to the rear and tightening
the lock lever, remove the camera.
To remove the tripod adapter, do
as shown in the figure at right.

Mounting the Viewfinder

How to mount
Lock the viewfinder in its standard position before mounting.
For information on locking the viewfinder into its standard position, refer to the
viewfinder operation manual.
V-shaped groove
Insert the V-wedge shoe on the bottom of the viewfinder into the V-shaped
groove on the viewfinder mount. Slide the viewfinder to mate the
CAMERA connector to the VF connector.
Red button
Lever
Pull the lever while pressing
the red button to release the
lock.
