Camera preparation

Loosen the lens fixing lever.

Remove the lens or lens mount cap.

Remove the 1.5-inch viewfinder.
Assembly procedure

Move the tripod attachment to
its rearmost position and
tighten the lock lever.

Loosen the two screws on the
top of the HKCA-700. Lift the
viewfinder mount and lower it
to the rear.

Viewfinder front-rear positioning lever
Loosen the viewfinder front-rear positioning lever
and move the viewfinder attachment plate to its
rearmost position.
Remove the viewfinder rotation bracket (BKW-
401), if attached.
