Wet/Dry Vac Assembly

1. Line up vacuum port above drum
label.
2. Place lid on top of drum with the
handles snug against the drum
channel.
3. Be sure lid completely covers the top
of the drum so leakage does not
occur.
4. Make sure that the locking tabs are
snapped in place to prevent the lid
from coming off (see insert).
Insert Hose
Insert the push button end of the "Tug-a-
Long" hose into the inlet of the vac. The
hose should snap into place. To remove
the hose from the vac, press the release
button in the hose assembly and pull the
hose out of the vac inlet, as shown.
Place the utility nozzle securely on the
flexible plastic end of the hose and the
vac is ready for use.
NOTE: The swivel end of the hose is
removable if more hoses need to be
attached for more length from the vac.
To remove the swivel portion of the hose,
grasp the hose swivel and firmly pull it
out of the flexible hose. Connect the soft
end of a second hose (accessory
#VT-2520) into the swivel end of the
original hose by forcing the sections
together until they fit tightly. You can also
connect two hoses together by
purchasing VT2511 (Hose to Hose
connector).

Cord Storage

Simply, wrap the power cord around the
powerhead (as shown) and snap the
connector on the plug to a wrap of the
cord.
