Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the IP board.
Check 'Power of LVDS (13V)'
appear at TP-PANEL_VCC?

Yes
Change the LVDS cable
Cause : There is proble at FET or
Main IC(IC1001) did not
No
control the SW_PVCC.
Measure : Change the Main Assy.
No Change the Panel.
