Warranty Exceptions (U.S. and Canada)

The packing materials are not
removed.
Noise, vibration
A coin or foreign object is stuck
in the washer.
E6 error, the tub won't spin, noise
The drain hose is installed too
low.
IE error, failure to fill with water,
draining during fill
The water inlet valve filters are
clogged or the water inlet hoses
are kinked.
Water is not coming.
The inlet hoses are installed in
reverse.
Laundry is hot, warm or wrinkled
after finished washing.
The water tap is not turned on.
Water is not supplied.
Improper installation of water
inlet hoses or using third party
inlet hoses
Leakage
Loose connection of power cord
or electrical outlet problem

Improper installation or use of product
Service trips to deliver, pick up, install the product
or for instruction on product use.
The removal and reinstallation of the product.

Remove the packing materials.

Reinstall the drain hose
properly.
Clean the inlet valve filter or
reinstall the water inlet hoses.
Hot water inlet
Reinstall the inlet hoses.
Turn on the water tap.
Reinstall the inlet hoses or
replace them with approved
hoses.
Reconnect the power cord or
change the electrical outlet.
