SAFETY AND SET-UP Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before using this appliance. Follow all the safety instruc- tions to avoid damage caused by improper use. - Page 7 OPERATION Caution Always read the care label on your garment before setting the temperature. The temperature indicator light lights up red. The red temperature indicator light flashs whilst the iron is heating up. As soon as the iron reaches the set temperature, the temperature indicator light remains. The temperature indicator light will go on during usage to indicate that the set temperature is being regulated.

- Page 9 OPERATION Tips for ironing Prior to ironing, always check the garment label to ensure the correct temperature setting is on the iron. Since the iron heats up much quicker than it cools down, synthetic textiles, silk or similar fabrics should be ironed using lower temperature settings first.
