  • Page 9 7.2 FISSAGGIO PIASTRA ANTERIORE AL CANCELLO Per il fissaggio della piastra anteriore sul cancello seguire la seguente procedura: 1. Fissare la piastra anteriore di ancoraggio sull’attuatore. Inserire la rondella, avvitare il bullone e stringere saldamente (Fig. 8). 2. Chiudere il cancello. 3.
  • Page 10 ATTENZIONE! utilizzare una livella per il posizionamento delle piastre Fig. 9 7.3 REGOLAZIONE E FISSAGGIO DEI FERMI MECCANICI XTILUS è fornito con un finecorsa meccanico di apertura (Fig. 10) , può tuttavia essere installato anche il fermo meccanico di chisura (opzionale), per fermare l’apertura o la chiusura in caso il cancello sia privo dei fermi a terra (Fig. 11). Per effettuare la regolazione allentare la vite situata sul finecorsa e spostarlo nella posizione desiderata.
  • Page 11 Fig. 12 7.4 VERIFICA FINALE DEL MONTAGGIO Prima di procedere con il cablaggio elettrico del motore, verificare il corretto movimento del cancello: 1. Sbloccare il motore e muovere manualmente l’anta (per sblocco vedere paragrafo relativo) 2. Se l’anta si muove con facilità, l’installazione è andata a buon fine. Altrimenti lubrificare i cardini, il foro sulla staffa anteriore e la chiocciola.

    9. SBLOCCO In caso di mancanza di corrente, per poter agire manualmente sul cancello è sufficiente inserire l’apposita chiave, ruotarla di 90° e sollevare la leva (Fig.13, 14).     11. MANUTENZIONE Da effettuare solamente da parte di personale specializzato dopo aver tolto l’alimentazione elettrica al motore. Ogni anno ingrassare i cardini, il foro sulla staffa anteriore, la chiocciola e controllare la forza di spinta esercitata dal motoriduttore sull’anta. Ogni due anni è consigliabile lubrificare la madrevite con del grasso. 12.

    7. INSTALLATION Before fastening the brackets provided, establish the A and B (Fig. 3) coordinates using the data given in Table 1. These data are valid if the gearmotor is at maximum extension minus one centimetre of the available stroke (C D ) when the gate is closed to obtain maximum working efficiency.

  • Page 32 7.1 INSTALLATION DE LA PLAQUE POSTÉRIEURE SUR LE PILIER Fixer la plaque postérieure sur le pilier (Fig. 5, 6), en respectant les quotas prévus. Si le poteau est en fer, il est possible de visser directement l’attache en utilisant 3 vis filetées M8. Si le poteau est en ciment fixer l’attache en utilisant 3 chevilles de Ø 8 mm.
  • Page 33 7.2 INSTALLATION DE LA PLAQUE ANTÉRIEURE SUR LE PORTAIL Pour la fixation de la plaque antérieure sur le portail suivre la procédure suivant: 1. Monter la plaque d’ancrage sur le piston. Insérer la rondelle, visser le boulon et serrer fermement (Fig. 8). 2.

Débloquer le moteur et bouger manuellement le portail. 2. Si le battant bouge avec aisance, l’installation est réussie. Sinon, lubrifiez les charnières, le trou sur le support antérieur, l’écrou.

    11. MANTENIMIENTO Efectuar solamente por personal especializado luego de haber quitado la alimentación eléctrica al motor. Cada año engrasar las bisagras, el agujero en la estafa anterior, el tornillo patrón del motor y controlar la fuerza de empuje realizada por el motoreductor sobre la hoja. Cada dos años se aconseja lubrificar la tuerca con grasa. 12.
