The flashing red and green light on the right earbud indicates that the earbuds are in earbud pairing mode. To fix this issue, follow these steps:

1. Insert the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Wait for at least 10 seconds.
2. Connect the earbuds to the Smart Control app to install the latest firmware.
3. Check the frequently asked questions (FAQ) for possible solutions.
4. Reset the earbuds to factory default settings if the issue persists.
5. If the problem is not resolved, contact your Sonova Consumer Hearing partner for further assistance.
