Pressure Control Pilot (PCP) Valve for
Electrohydraulic Proportional Control
(Types EP and EQ)
Thoroughly clean external surfaces of control.
Using a 4 mm internal hex wrench, remove the four
(4) screws and remove the PCP valve.
Check surfaces for nicks or damage. Clean internal
screens.
Install new O-rings on the PCP housing and retain
with petroleum jelly. Position the PCP on the control
valve housing and install the screws.
Torque the screws to 5.4 Nm (48 in•lbsf).
