FUNCTIONALITY

Ultrasonic humidifiers use an ultrasonic high-frequency oscillator to split water into small
particles with a diameter of about 1 - 5 µm. The ventilation system blows these water
particles into the dry air, where they evaporate to add the necessary moisture to the air.
The smooth and even mist is clearly visible as it comes out of the appliance.
Features:
• Highly efficient air humidification with high performance.
• Low energy consumption. Save 85-90 percent electricity compared to normal
steam humidifier
• Long service life
• Automatic humidity control, low water protection
• Heat function: Press heating symbol for warm mist. Press again to end the heat
function
• Plasma: Touch the plasma symbol to increase the number of plasma elements. Press
again to end the plasma function

RELATIVE HUMIDITY

The percentage of water mist in a given room with a given air temperature is called
relative humidity, e.g. 45%. The air sometimes contains more and sometimes less water
mist. The ratio of water mist to air varies depending on the air temperature. The higher
the temperature, the more water mist the air can absorb.
In winter, the cold outside air enters the room and becomes warmer due to the higher
temperature in the room. This lowers the relative humidity. For well-being, the volume of
mist in the air must therefore be increased. The humidifier takes care of that. The ideal
humidity is as follows:
• Bedroom, living room: 45-65%
• Hospital room: 40-55
• Study: 45-60%
• Music room: 40-60%
• Museum, exhibition space and library: 40-60%
