    The V3050A Signal Analyzer Frequency Extenders provide efficient test setup and measurement accuracy needed in demanding 5G, SatCom, EW/Radar, Automotive and early 6G test environments. The V3050A uses a simple USB plug-and-play connection that can automatically configure the N9042B UXA to detect the specific mixer connected, then download calibration files.

    2. Attach the Baseplate to the V3050A using the four screws supplied in the case. The screws go through the bottom of the base plate into the holes in the bottom of the V3050A. A 2.0 mm hex wrench (not included in the shipment) is required.

    With Preamp and LNA enabled Using the V3050A with an N9042A Option 526 or 544 The V3050A Frequency Extender has two signal paths, and care must be taken when using it with host analyzers that have a frequency range less than 50 GHz.

    Frequency Extender and the analyzer RF input port must not be made. Also, the 1.85 mm termination attached to the chain on the V3050A rear panel, must be connected to the Pass Thru <50 GHz port.

Fit the security lock around the connection, and tighten the security lock with a 2.5 mm hex ball driver.
