6.3 Alarm System Installation

After finding a suitable installation site and determining the length and number of wires for the cables
required to connect the sensors/detectors, the system can be installed.
Before the alarm system is installed, the connection lines of the sensors/detectors also need
to be guided into the casing from the rear through the cable feed-throughs. The cables must be
placed concealed to prevent sabotage. Thus, connection can be performed after installation.
If required, mark the respective line ends for line or cable placement to be able to assign the
connection lines to sensors.
• Open the casing by removing the screw at the bottom of the
casing. The corresponding tool is included with the
delivery.
• Carefully lift the front plate and remove it.
• The alarm system has four installation holes for instal-
lation.
• Guide the cables already in place into the casing cen-
tre through the cable feed-throughs.
• Attach the casing with the corresponding installation
material. Use the screws included in the delivery if re-
quired.
• Now install the sensors/detectors to be connected to the alarm system. Also observe the assembly and
operating instructions for these products.
