Cause
System error or joystick mal-
function
Defective joystick module,
electronics malfunction or
system error
Faulty setting
Malfunction in the left mo-
tor's magnetic brake
Malfunction in the right mo-
tor's magnetic brake
Battery voltage is too high
(downhill driving).
The gyro may be defective.
Solution
Do not touch the joystick when
connecting a device or accesso-
ry.
Check the cable and connec-
tors.
Check which setting is malfunc-
tioning and inspect any relevant
cable connections.
Move the drive/push mode le-
ver into Drive.
Move the drive/push mode le-
ver into Drive.
Always drive downhill very
slowly and, if necessary, inspect
the battery cables.
Turn off the joystick module and
restart it.
If this doesn't fix the problem,
contact an authorised distribu-
tor.
☞ The electric wheelchair
is still drivable at a signif-
icantly reduced speed.
