4 - INSTALLATION NOTES Introduction In Italy the installation of this device is regulated by UNI and national standards, including DM 37 of 22 Jan 2008 which requires that fi re protection systems are installed exclusively by licensed companies and operators, provided with professional technical requirements (items 3-4-5) regarding "executive design", "installation", and "maintenance". -

4.2 - Installation Installation notes As required for any electrical equipment, the TFNET communication interface must not be subjected to water drops or water- splashing, no objects fi lled with liquids should be placed in its direct vicinity. The TFNET communication interface should be installed at a safe distance from heat sources (radiators, etc.). Moreover, the device must be installed at a suitable distance from any source that can radiate electromagnetic interferences, such as radio transmission bridges or similar devices. -
