Étape 1: Installation de la structure principale (pages 2 & 3)
A)
Chaque arche représente l'assemblage de : un centre #5, deux poteaux coin #6, deux poteaux 2 trous #1 (les
deux poteaux #7, trois trous doivent être installés à la dernière arche), deux protecteurs de pavé #13, un raidisseur
#9.
Assembler toutes les arches au sol avec les poteaux en respectant la position de chacune des pièces illustrées
(Fig.G page 2)
Vérifier si les pièces des arches sont bien emboîtées les unes dans les autres.
Attention: Assembler la dernière arche à l'aide de deux pattes Plus 16 3 trous #7 pour l'installation de la structure
du fond plein.
B)
Relier le bas des poteaux de la première arche avec le bas des poteaux de la deuxième arche à l'aide
d'entretoises mâles #3. Soulever la première arche et boulonner les entretoises aux poteaux de la deuxième
arche. Sécuriser les deux arches en reliant les coins et les centres avec des entretoises mâles #3.
C)
Pour assembler les autres arches : relier le bas des poteaux de la dernière arche, soulever avec le bas des
poteaux de l'arche suivante, soulever l'arche et sécuriser celle-ci en reliant les coins et les centres avec des
entretoises. Les entretoises au faîte peuvent êtres installées après l'érection des arches.
Attention: Toujours installer les entretoises femelles #4 entre la deuxième et la troisième arche.
Important: Tous les écrous à ailes doivent être bien serrés et placés vers l'intérieur de façon à ce qu'ils ne
touchent pas la toile.

Step 1: Main structure installation (pages 2 & 3)
A)
Each arch represents the assembly of: one center #5, two corner posts #6, two posts 2 holes #1 (both 3 holes
posts #7, 3 have to be installed at the last arch), two pavement protectors # 13, one stiffener #9.
Assemble all the arches with the posts on the ground, making sure that you follow the position of each
component shown (Fig G, page 2)
Warning: Assemble the last arch with the 2 legs Plus 16 3 holes #7 to install the gable end braces.
Check if all the arches components are tightly fitted into each other. The post #9 has to be installed to the last
arch to complete the gable end brace installation.
B)
Join together the first arch post bases and the second arch post base with the #3 swedge brace. Lift the first
arch and bolt the angle brace to the second arch posts. To secure the 2 arches, join together the corners and
the middles with #3 swedge brace.
C) To assemble the other arches: Join together the posts bottom of the last lifted arch and the posts bottom of the
next arch, lift the arch and join the corners and middles with swedge brace. The swedge braces at the rooftop
can be installed after all arches are erected.
Warning:
Always place the #4 female braces between the second and the third arch.
Important:
All wing nuts must be tightened facing inside so they will not touch the cover.
