How to get started
1. Connect the Power to the AC Motor controller.
2. Apply DMX from a Lighting desk, ideally a desk with manual faders. Make sure the four channels are patched to
the appropriate channels 1-4 on the lighting desk. Pull all four faders to 0%
3. Select DMX ADDR=1 and CTRL MODE=1 via the menu, enter by pressing both UP and DOWN arrow for 3s.
4. Set the motor parameters NOM SPEED, NOM FREQ, NOM SPEED, NOM CURRENT according to the rating label on
the motor. Then do MOTOR ID to further calibrate the controller.
5. Also connect the Motor U/V/W for a absolute minimum setup (∆ or Y according to motor rating and AC supply).
6. Pull up DMX channel 4(Motor enable) to 52% in order to enable the motor output.
7. Set the DMX channel 3(Speed) to 50%.
8. Set the DMX channel 1(Control) to 20% in order to make the motor run reverse at 50% speed.
9. Set the DMX channel 1(Control) to 80% in order to make the motor run forward at 50% speed.
10. Set the DMX channel 1(Control) to 0% or 50% in order to stop the motor. Setting DMX channel 3(Motor enable) to
0% will also make the motor stop immediately.

Pin 3 = Phase W (L3)

Connect as Delta(∆) or Star(Υ) according to
the given motor ratings and AC supply.
