3. Press START to select 12 or 24 hours display mode.
4. Press the button MODE and the second digits start
flashing. Press START to reset the digits to zero.
5. Press MODE and hour digits start flashing. Now
press START to adjust the hours.
6. In this mode, continue to press the button MODE in
order to set the minutes, the year, the month, the
weekday and radio reception. With the button
START you can change the digits. When reaching
the setting mode "Radio Reception", press the button
MODE to turn to 12/24 display mode.
7. Finally press the button RESET to quit and return to
normal display mode with the current time.

Stopwatch

1. In the normal display mode press the button MODE
to get to stopwatch. The display shows
2. Press START to start and to stop the stopwatch
operation. While stopwatch is running a small runner
symbol is flashing. To reset stopwatch operation
(0:00:00) press the button RESET.
Stopwatch witch Lap Time Operation
1. Press START to start up stopwatch operation. While
stopwatch is running, press the button RESET to
record the first lap time. In the top right corner you
will see the abbreviation SPL for the lap time. When
pressing the button RESET once more, the display
changes to the first running time.
